Etal Concepts Limited is a registered Nigeria Private Limited Liability Company. The company was incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with Certificate of Registration no RC No 600,133 on the fourteenth day of June 2004 and commenced business in September of the same year.

The company started business operations with a modern 24 bedrooms hotel and a hall at Plot 30 KudiratAbiola Way, Oregun, Lagos, Nigeria.

In 2005, the company took a giant stride in the Hospitality Industry through the acquisition of the renowned former Excelsior Hotel Limited – a 136 bedrooms hotel located at Apapa area of Lagos, Nigeria.

The acquisition was partly financed by First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Etal Concepts Limited rebranded and re-launched the hotel to the public after renovation in November, 2005. The hotel has continued to delight and serve high level people, tourist and government officials and make remarkable mark in Nigeria Hospitality Landscape till date. The company offers full Hotel and Halls Services.
